The Clamshell Gloves 2.0 by Superior Fencing, now with an upgraded design! The Clamshell 2.0 offers the highest level of protection available from Akado Armory while still maintaining mobility.
The overlapping polypropylene plates make these gloves adequate for heavy steel sword fencing with weapons such as our katana, okatana, or HEMA longswords, and the improved heavy-duty thumb shields on three sides, effectively protecting against severe blows.
The protective polypropylene cuff features an improved adjustable wrist to ensure a good fit and the inner quilted padding provides a comfortable grip and impact cushioning.
