Synthetic Bo (Long Staff)

The bo or long staff is nearly universal in weapon world weapon martial arts. Sized to be slightly taller than it's user it can provide complete coverage of the body while being held at the middle of the weapon. The bo can then be used to unleash fast attacks in combination from both ends or the artist can slide to one end and gain a powerful reach advantage.

This polypropylene bo is durable and great for bag and pell work, solo work, and partner drilling. It can even be used in light sparring with appropriate protective gear.
